Common questions
How much will my repair cost?
It depends on the car and what's wrong with it, so we don't list fixed prices. We look at the vehicle first and give you a clear quote. No work is done until you say yes.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We're open 7 days a week, 10 AM to 5 PM, and until 5:30 PM on Fridays.
How do I find the shop?
We're at 4020 Leitrim Rd, Lot 18, in Ottawa. Use the "Get directions" link above, and give us a call if you can't find us.
My check engine light is on. Is it safe to drive?
If the light is steady, it's usually okay to drive for a short time, but book a diagnostic soon. If it's flashing, or the car is running rough, stop driving and call us. Use the warning light guide above for other lights.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead is best so we can plan time for your car. If something urgent comes up, call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Will you call me before doing extra work?
Always. If we find something else during the job, we'll explain it and give you the price first. You decide what gets done.
